Using the same set of physical components, including a board and cards that represent locations, characters, and items, the Chronicles of Crime app allows you and your friends to dive into a world of mystery and conduct your investigations.
To get started, launch the app and choose the scenario you wish to explore. As you navigate through the story, your choices shape the narrative, driving you to uncover clues, follow the evidence trail, and identify the killer as swiftly as possible.
The app's innovative Scan&Play technology brings each physical component to life. Every card features a unique QR code that, when scanned, can unlock various clues and events, provided players are observant enough. Moreover, post-launch, the app will receive updates with additional original scenarios, ensuring fresh content without the need for new physical components.
For an even more immersive experience, the game offers a VR mode. All you need is your mobile phone and the provided VR glasses. Simply place your device into the VR glasses and lift them to your eyes to delve into the game's universe, where you can search for clues in a virtual environment.
Each game session is designed to last between 60 to 90 minutes. Some scenarios are interconnected, gradually unveiling a broader, more complex mystery for players to solve.
