Dive into the engaging world of **Classic Tri Peaks Solitaire**, a beloved card game known also as Three Peaks, Tri Towers, or Triple Peaks. This timeless game is designed for a single player and utilizes a standard deck of cards, challenging you to dismantle three towering peaks constructed from these cards.
At the start, eighteen cards are laid out face-down on the tableau, forming three distinct pyramids, each with three overlapping tiers. Ten cards are placed face-up on top of these pyramids, setting the stage for your strategic gameplay. The remaining twenty-four cards form the stockpile, from which the first card is drawn to initiate the waste pile.
To progress, you must move cards from the tableau to the waste pile, but there's a catch—the card you select must either be one rank higher or one rank lower than the top card of the waste pile, regardless of suit. The game flows as you create sequences like 7-8-9-10-9-10-J-10-9-8, and so on, until you can no longer make a move. As you clear cards, any face-down cards beneath that are no longer covered will be turned face-up, revealing new opportunities to continue your sequence.
