Even in the virtual world of MLB The Show 25, sometimes the grass looks greener on the other side. Luckily, San Diego Studio's baseball sim gives you the option to change scenery. Here's how to orchestrate a trade in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show.
How to Get Traded in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show
After your high school career concludes in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show, you'll choose between college or going pro with your drafting team. Either path eventually leads to the big leagues, offering a known starting point. But the reality of professional sports is change, and sometimes a fresh start is exactly what you need.
Unlike previous versions, directly requesting a trade isn't an option in MLB The Show 25. However, there's a clever workaround to accelerate your move to a new team.

Within the Road to the Show settings, under "Sliders," you'll find "Trade Frequency." Maximize this setting to significantly increase the likelihood of trades occurring, including your own. While this doesn't guarantee immediate offers, it dramatically increases your chances. Remember, other teams need to notice your talent before making a move.
Once you start generating buzz around the league, your agent will alert you to potential trade opportunities. Take your time evaluating offers, but be mindful that interest isn't guaranteed to last. Once you've found a suitable destination, accept the trade. After joining your new team, adjust the Trade Frequency slider back down to avoid constant trade requests.
That's how you effectively "demand" a trade in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show. For more tips and tricks, check out our guide on the best pitching settings.
