Boxing Star, Thumbage's mobile boxing game, has added six new pieces of fantasy-themed protective gear: three mouthguards and three protectors, each named after an elf, orc, or dwarf. These aren't just cosmetic additions; they offer significant in-game advantages.
The Elf mouthguard increases the critical hit chance after dodging punches, allowing for strategic counter-attacks. The Orc and Dwarf mouthguards likely offer similar, yet unique, benefits. The matching protectors enhance stun resistance, keeping players in the fight longer.
A recent update also includes a revamped Master League with detailed post-match statistics, allowing players to analyze their performance. A new Protection Gear Growth Event offers rewards for using the new equipment, with a chance to win exclusive merchandise for reaching Transcendence Level 20.
