Marvel Strike Force has rolled out an exciting update to mark its 7th Anniversary, and it's none other than Howard the Duck who's joining the fray. Yes, you read that right—the cigar-chomping, no-nonsense detective from Duckworld is stepping into the Marvel universe to take on challenges with his unique style.
Marvel Strike Force Celebrates 7th Anniversary with Plenty of Stuff
What could be more thrilling than a talking duck with a jetpack joining the game for its 7th-anniversary celebrations? But how did Howard end up here? It's all thanks to a bit of cosmic randomness that pulled him from his home planet.
Now, Howard earns his living by solving the most bizarre cases on Earth. While he doesn't boast any superpowers, he's armed with razor-sharp sarcasm, street smarts, and a big gun to tackle whatever comes his way.
In Marvel Strike Force, Howard joins as a Blaster for the Starjammers team. With high Health and Focus, he automatically targets enemies with Barriers. In the Cosmic Crucible, he gains the power to apply Trauma to all enemies and can even mess with Mephisto's Speed Bar mechanics.
There Are More New Skins
The update also introduces fresh skins for characters like Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, Old Man Logan, Captain Marvel, Spider-Weaver, SHIELD Medic, and more. To add Howard to your squad, you'll need to get the Agent Duck Orb.
The Marvel Strike Force 7th Anniversary update also launches the Path to Starjammers, providing an opportunity to build up this eclectic cosmic crew. You can find character shards for Howard, Havok, Rocket, and Groot in team orbs, specifically the Path to Howard the Duck Orb and the Path to Havok Orb.
Lastly, Commanders at level 25 and above can participate in the Starjammers Super Showcase, featuring Lilandra and other characters. Don't miss out—download the game from the Google Play Store.
