Jimbo's Friends 3: Balatro Adds New Franchises, Mayhem Ensues

by Anthony Dec 17,2024

The chaotic card-based roguelike, Balatro, gets even wilder with its free Friends of Jimbo 3 update! This massive expansion adds eight more franchises to the already impressive roster, bringing the total to 16 and significantly boosting deck customization options.

The new additions include iconic titles like Divinity: Original Sin 2, Don't Starve, Enter the Gungeon, Cult of the Lamb, 1000x Resist, Potion Craft, Shovel Knight, and Warframe. This cleverly timed update, launched during The Game Awards (where Balatro received five nominations, including Game of the Year!), introduces a fresh wave of familiar (card) faces and even more organized chaos.
