KEMCO's latest RPG, Astral Takers, has just hit the Android scene today, and it's all about summoning monsters and commanding squads. Yep, summoning is at the heart of the gameplay, and you'll find yourself doing a lot of it!
What’s the Story in Astral Takers?
The story begins with Revyse, a young summoner-in-training under the guidance of Master Volgrim. The plot thickens when Revyse encounters Aurora, a mysterious girl who has lost her memory. From there, the narrative takes a thrilling and unpredictable turn.
In Astral Takers, you'll harness the power of Summoning to face formidable foes while navigating through trials and battles. Summoning is central to the game, with Revyse using magical items called Echostones to call forth heroes from another world.
The key to success lies in assembling a strong team. You can have up to eight heroes, each with unique abilities, but only four can enter a dungeon at once.
Combat in Astral Takers is turn-based, and you can anticipate enemy moves, making strategic party swaps and skill usage crucial for exploiting enemy weaknesses.
What Else Can You Do in the Game?
Explore dungeons to uncover treasure chests filled with gear and gold. If your equipment is outdated or damaged by fierce bosses, you can trade your loot for upgrades or retreat to regroup.
For those who prefer using a controller, Astral Takers is optimized for that experience. The game is available on Android for $7.99, and you can find it on the Google Play Store.
