Warhorse Studios has announced upcoming official mod support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, enabling players to unleash their creativity in medieval Bohemia.
The developers revealed this exciting news via a brief Steam post, promising modding tools through Steamworks. While specifics like a release date remain under wraps, the post assures players that the tools will allow them to "create, tweak, and expand" the game's world. Although unofficial mods are already thriving on platforms like Nexus Mods, an official teaser image (below) showcases the potential, depicting Henry with a rather striking zebra mount and a fish-shaped sword.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's impressive launch earlier this month clearly paved the way for Warhorse's ambitious post-launch plans. Beyond Steamworks mod support, players can anticipate three expansions in 2025. The DLC rollout begins this summer with "Brushes with Death," followed by "Legacy of the Forge" in the fall and "Mysteria Ecclesia" in winter. These expansions will enrich Henry's story, complemented by free content updates including Hardcore Mode and Horse Racing.
