Alchemy Stars is shutting down its online service on January 24th, 2025, but will transition to an offline version. This means players can still enjoy the game's story and content, but with no further updates or online features.
Shutdown Date and Offline Transition:
The game's online servers will be deactivated on January 24th, 2025. Before this date, a crucial update (version 1.43.0) will be released on January 10th, from 4:00 to 9:00 GMT. This update introduces a local data save feature, allowing players to preserve their progress.
Saving Your Game Data:
After the January 10th maintenance, a data save button will appear on the main menu. Players must save their data before January 24th at 4:00 GMT, as unsaved progress will be lost permanently. Multiple saves are permitted before the deadline.
Offline Version Limitations:
The offline version will be a standalone experience with no further updates or online functionality. Deleting the app will result in permanent data loss, as re-downloading will not be possible. The offline mode will allow players to replay the story, upgrade units, and explore their saved progress.
Download Before It's Gone:
While the complete shutdown is averted thanks to the offline version, players are urged to download Alchemy Stars from the Google Play Store before the online service ends. Be sure to save your game data before the January 24th deadline.
