Obtaining Novon Chips isn't as straightforward as you might hope. You'll first need to acquire Novon Chip Material Boxes and then convert them during Operation missions. Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide on securing these material boxes and converting them into Novon Chips:
- Complete Missions in the Resume Offensive Event: By successfully completing missions within the Resume Offensive event, you'll be rewarded with Novon Chip Material Boxes. These are crucial for acquiring Novon Chips.
- Bring Material Boxes into Operation Matchups: Once you have these material boxes, transfer them to your inventory and ensure you bring them along during Operation matches.
- Find Chip Assembly Machines: Inside an Operation matchup, locate 'Chip Assembly Machines' on the map. Interacting with these machines allows you to convert your Novon Chip Material Boxes into actual Novon Chips.
- Extract and Return to Lobby: After crafting Novon Chips during an Operation, safely extract them. Upon returning to the Black Gate lobby, you can then use these Chips in the event interface to unlock safe passwords.
