Following the December 21st-22nd Community Day event featuring returning Community Day Pokémon, the New Year's festivities offer a fresh wave of excitement.
One of the event's highlights is the chance to earn a whopping 2,025 XP for every Pokémon caught with an Excellent Throw. Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere with New Year's decorations and dazzling fireworks illuminating the skies.
Expect to encounter festive Pokémon more often! Keep an eye out for Jigglypuff with a ribbon, Hoothoot in a New Year's outfit, and Wurmple sporting a party hat, including their shiny variants.
Raids also join the celebration! One-star raids feature a snowflake-hat-wearing Pikachu, while three-star raids bring party-hat-adorned Raticate and Wobbuffet. All three have increased Shiny rates.
