When is the *Pokémon GO* Bug Out Event?
The Bug Out event runs from March 26th at 10 AM to March 30th at 8 PM local time. That's five days packed with bug-catching fun and a great chance to add Shiny Pokémon to your collection, as many featured Pokémon have Shiny forms.
Featured Wild Pokémon
The following bug-type Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild: Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, Nincada, Venipede, Dwebble, Joltik, Grubbin, Dewpider, Nymble, and Cutiefly (with Shiny potential).
New Pokémon
Two new Pokémon debut during the event: Sizzlipede and its evolution, Centiskorch (evolves from 50 Sizzlipede Candy).

Field, Timed, & Paid Timed Research
Spin PokéStops for event-themed Field Research tasks, rewarding Mega Energy, Scatterbug Candy, and Pokémon encounters. Timed Research offers a Lure Module and Pokémon encounters, while Paid Timed Research includes a Lure Module, two Premium Battle Passes, and Pokémon encounters.
