Pokémon Go Unveils Festive Delights for Holiday Part Two

by Aaliyah Jan 18,2025

Get ready for Pokémon Go's Holiday Part Two! Niantic's festive event continues from December 22nd to 27th, bringing even more bonuses and exciting Pokémon encounters.

The second part of the Holiday Event promises doubled XP for catching Pokémon and a 50% XP boost in Raid Battles. Make sure to catch the debuting Dedenne, and keep an eye out for festively-dressed Wooloo and Dubwool – including shiny variants!

From December 25th to January 5th, Daily Adventure Incense will last twice as long, offering increased Pokémon-catching opportunities. Explore the wild to find Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and many more.

ytRaid battles will feature a range of challenges: Litwick and Cetoddle in one-star raids, Snorlax and Banette in three-star raids, and Giratina in five-star raids. Mega Latios and Abomasnow will also appear in Mega Raids.

For those who prefer quests, Field Research Tasks offer encounters with event Pokémon. A paid Timed Research ($5) provides a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and additional encounters. Collection Challenges focused on catching and raiding will reward players with Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.

Don't forget to check the Pokémon Go Web Store for limited-time bundles to stock up on essential items. And remember to redeem those Pokémon Go codes for extra rewards!
