Our loyalty program operates under a set of rules that ensure fairness and clarity for all participants. A Participant in our program can be any adult or minor aged 14 and above, who, according to applicable law, can make small household transactions. Importantly, a Participant must be an individual with a personal identification number as per the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
When joining the program, Participants are required to complete a Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire). This step is essential as it involves providing personal information, which you agree to by your own free will and in your own interest. Your consent allows us to process your data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On personal data and their protection". We use various methods to process this data, including organizing advertising and information mailings via e-mail, instant messengers, SMS services, telephone, and postal communications, as well as processing data with automation tools and computers, which may involve creating a database. Your consent remains valid until you withdraw it in writing.
Our program also features a Virtual Card, which is an electronic card generated in our Mobile Application. Unlike traditional cards, it does not have a physical medium, making it convenient and modern.
