This game is a third-person (and FPS mode) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes. Become a crime-fighting hero on the streets of a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually New York. You play as a grand hero/avenger/legend, feared throughout the city.

The game features a fully open-world environment.
