IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be aware that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.
Electronic tickets are stored in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you will need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to write these tickets onto your card.
The electronic purse feature allows passengers to choose the amount they wish to record (purchase) on their card.
Our app supports over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing ticket varieties, including those for MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).
Securely enter your payment card details within the app to reserve funds; rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us.
Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna (refer to your device's user manual for the precise location of the antenna).
Funds are only charged from your payment card upon the successful writing of a newly purchased ticket.
