Lenovo Legion Go S: SteamOS on a Handheld
Lenovo unveiled the Legion Go S, the world's first officially licensed SteamOS handheld. This 8-inch device boasts VRR1 support, TrueStrike controllers with adjustable triggers and hall-effect joysticks, and seamless cloud save and remote play functionality with PCs.
The Legion Go S provides full access to the Steam ecosystem, including the Steam library, cloud, chat, and game recording features. System updates are handled directly through SteamOS.
The SteamOS version launches in May 2025 at $499.99 USD, while a Windows version will be available earlier in January 2025, starting at $729.99 USD. Valve also announced plans to expand SteamOS support to other handheld devices.
