How To Obtain the Iron Pipe in NieR: Automata
The Iron Pipe is a rare fishing reward found in sewers. Both sewers offer equal drop rates; the one near the Resistance Camp is most easily accessed. Fast travel to the Resistance Camp, then head right towards the Amusement Park. After crossing a small gap, you'll find an open manhole beneath a highway.

Another sewer is accessible en route to the Flooded City.
